It seems that for some reason your website loads WPAdverts CSS incorrectly, if you add following line in your theme footer.php file it should fix the icons display

Why is the website loading CSS incorrectly i cannot tell i am afraid.

You have put the code in the correct place, the problem seems to be now that your server is generating 403 Forbidden (or 404 Not Found) error when trying to load the font file https://www.ezhomestay.com/wp-content/plugins/wpadverts/assets/css/font/adverts-glyphs.woff?1840322

I am not sure why is that, either there are incorrect file permissions for this file or some security or caching plugin does not allow to access it.

looks css missing from this plugin. do you have any advice to add this css in? i installed this plugin not while ago and it should be latest one.

As far as i know you cannot add this file into CSS as it does not contain CSS code but rather describes a font and it needs to be loaded separately.

I did not touch anything on this folder and it should not miss anything. but per your message, i cannot find https://www.ezhomestay.com/wp-content/plugins/wpadverts/assets/css/font/adverts-glyphs.woff?1840322 on my server. what should I do to resolve this issue? please advise.

Hi, i meant that your assets directory is ok (that it was NOT changed), also the font file is not inside /assets/css/font/ directory but in /assets/font/

No, the files should be where they are, for me it looks like the problem is with CSS minification plugin you are using i would start with disabling it to see if this helps.

you are right. after disable that plugin, it works. but the website slower about 1 second. is there a way I can disable those icons since it has conflicts with that plugin (css minification issue)

I can’t tell, it would be best to contact this plugin author about it and ask him to fix conflict with WPAdverts (and potentially with other plugins since it’s incorrectly minifying CSS files which link to font files) or try using a different caching plugin.
