Icon counter not updated when changing the custom field value

Hello,
When I edit a post, I can change the value of the Like button custom field.
If I do this, I can see the new value I have entered on the stats page.
However, on the post itself, the counter still shows the old value.
You can see an example on the following link where I have changed the value in the custom field from 1 top 11:
