    Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us again

Check if Link is Enabled in Elementor

    • Edit the Icon Box widget in Elementor.
    • Scroll to the Content tab → Link field.
    • Ensure you’ve entered the full URL, mailto:[email protected], or tel:+123456789.
    • Try retyping the link and saving again.

    Test with a Simple Link

    • Try entering just https://google.com and check if an <a> tag appears in the HTML.
    • If not, it may be a rendering issue.

    Check Theme & Plugin Conflicts

    • Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Four).
    • Disable caching plugins (WP Rocket, Redis, etc.) and test again.
    • If it works with a different theme, your theme (The7) might be overriding Elementor’s output.

Inspect the Code for <a> Tag

    • Right-click on the Icon Box and select Inspect (DevTools).
    • Search for an <a> tag around the Icon Box content.
    • If it’s missing, the issue could be related to Elementor settings or a conflict.

    Update Elementor

    Try Safe Mode

    • Go to Elementor → Tools → Safe Mode and enable it.
    • If the links work in Safe Mode, a plugin conflict is likely.

    Rebuild the Icon Box

    • Delete the current Icon Box and add a new one manually.
    • Sometimes, Elementor widgets get corrupted after multiple edits.

    Looking forward hearing from you.

    Kind regards
