Icon and favicon problem

Hi… I uploaded a new image to substitute my icon.gif, but it’s not showing on the page. I see it’s in the right directory, I think: https://www.skatesgalore.com/wp-content/themes/lifestyle_30/images/icon.gif
And in regards to the favicon, I can see the new one in Safari, and Explorer, but not in Firefox. I can still see the old one in FF in 2 different computers. Any ideas?
