Icon alt and title tag field

Hi,
two questions:
1) how can I use “Icon alt and title tag” field in General setting of your plugin?
2) I’ve installed the last version on my website and configured it but with mouse over the icons, it shows the Title attribute, not the Alt title.
Coould you help me, please?
