    Hi!

I wanted to consult you, since when you enter my site in icognito mode, the colors that are normally white, are seen in black, what can it be?

    Thanks!

  • Hi @alanfrys,

How does the site look on “normal” mode? How does it look on another browser?

Please share with us your live site URL so we can check it on our end.

    Kind regards,

And the footer changes a lot, in the icognite mode you can see how bad is it

    Hi @alanfrys,

    Thanks for the site URL.

I checked it on my end and it looks the same. Here’s how it looks on Chrome and on Chrome incognito.

And regarding the Footer, it’s created using Elementor and not using the default Astra Footer, so you might need some tweak and adjustment there.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

i see the same page that you saw, i asked the same question in elementor, because when i try to edit the page with elementor, i see the page how i want to be

    Hi @alanfrys,

Just checked again and still looked the same for me, on both Chrome and Chrome incognito.

Anyway, if what you see on the frontend is different from the backend, it could be due to the cache. If you are using a cache plugin, clear it. You might also need to clear the server-side cache too if your hosting provider has a built-in cache feature.

And to check whether it’s theme-related or not, you can temporarily switch the theme to a default WordPress theme. If the same thing is happening on the default theme, then we can say that the issue is not theme-related.

    I hope it will help.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

Thank you for you quickly answers!

I cleared the cache and changed the theme to the default theme and its the same, so i think its a elementor problem.

I hope them can help me, thank you very much!

You’re welcome @alanfrys, happy to help.

Since this is not related to the Astra theme, please mark the topic as Resolved. Feel free to open a new topic or reach out to us thru our Support Portal if you have anything related to Astra we can help you with.
