Iceland currency missing, please include this fix!

    Hi plugin authors,

    Could you please include the following line:

    ‘ISK’ => 0,

    to the plugin, inside
    /bambora-online-checkout/lib/bambora-online-checkout-currency.php

    That will solve a bug related to Icelandic Króna.
