Icegram subscription single opt

Hello,

Recently i was trying to resolve the double opt issue in my site.
I moved from magic action box plugin to mailchimp plugin and it worked good.

But I have a campaign in icegram where subscription pop up, but it’s still requiring double opt. any ideas how can i change the form embed code to make it single opt also ?
