Icegram popup doesnt intergrate with rainmaker form

  • Hello there,

    my pop up form does not working, clicking subscribe and the page just refresh.
    i have follow the guide provided make a rainmaker form and input the code into icegram form there ” html and code” area.

    anyone face this issue and suggestion to solve this?

    Please let me know if you are using WordPress Multisite? If not you can directly select Rainmaker form from the list of available forms in Icegram campaign just above the shortcode area as shown here https://www.screencast.com/t/OkNvQKCI0rD

    Also, I can replicate the issue with WordPress multisite and our developers are working on the issue which should be resolved soon. Your patience is highly appreciated.
