Icegram not working on blog page, stop working altogether

  • I just installed Icegram and I realize it will work on every page but the one I want (the blog page) unless I select Sitewide. I only want it to show up for visitors who are viewing our blog.

    I did a few troubleshooting (such as disable some other plugin and turn on and off the Lazy Load), now Icegram will not work on any page at all.

    Ok I just realized it is not showing up because of CTA option. But I am still having problem getting it to appear only on the blog page, no problem with it appearing on other pages.

    Hi,

    Please follow below steps:

    • Go to Campaign
    • Uncheck “Sitewide” option
    • Select blog page from “Selected Pages”.
    • If you are using caching plugin then enable “Cache Friendly?” option from Icegram > Settings and remove the cache from caching plugin
    • Now Check

    If still you face the problem then provide the site URL where the campaign is live such that we can check the issue.
