    I have installed icegram for 2 months, and initially it worked perfectly. A few days ago, I realized that my Icegram campaign didn’t show at all. I even tested it on different computer and browser, but it still didn’t show up. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

    You should see the campaign as per the display rules you configure. Could you temporarily deactivate all other plugins and switch the theme to check if anything is conflicting?

    I wonder if something is going on as I’m having the exact same problem. Icegram has been working perfectly for months and now it no longer shows in preview or otherwise.

    Just to chime in that I am having an issue recently too. My icegram campaigns are no longer working and I have made no changes on my end to settings other than an update to plugins (which happens automatically on my host)

    Also was working fine for a long time until now. Creating new campaign does nothing – still doesn’t show up.

    Yup, me too! I’ve checked settings too. I wonder what’s up.

    Same problem, I switched back to the old one and it is working again.

    me too. nothing has changed. but the message bar has stopped appearing. even in preview

    Same here.

    Icegram is not working anymore – since a few days.

    EDIT: Switched back to 1.10.39 (copy&pasted plugin folder from backup) – works again.

    We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the Icegram campaigns.

    We have tested it on our side and we are not facing any such issues. Could you report the issue here and copy the link to this conversation so we can look into the issue directly? Do provide us your website URL as well where you are using the campaign and make sure that your Icegram plugin is activated.

    Hello,

    Is the ‘Cache Friendly’ option checked in Icegram settings? If yes, then please uncheck it and test if that works. Let us know if it does and if it doesn’t then please contact us here with the further details about the campaign settings.

    I just noticed that I had the same problem today. Unchecking the ‘Cache Friendly’ option did the trick. It is working again now.

    I am glad it is working. We have fixed this issue and will incorporate it in the next release of Icegram soon. Till then, keep the ‘Cache Friendly’ option unchecked.

    Hi,

    We are working on the fix. So, it will also work with cache friendly setting.
