Icegram make an issue on DIVI Image Gallery Module

    Hello!
    I had an issue with DIVI Image Gallery Module. The arrows ti go from an image to the other where not showing.
    After several investigations. I found out that the issue was coming from the Icegram plugin!
    When I disable the plugin the DIVI Image Gallery Module arrows works fine.

    Is there a way to fix that? So I could enable the Icegram plugin again?

    Hello Asmi!

    I did the update of the plugin Icegram 3.0 but I’m still facing the same issue on the DIVI Images Gallery. The arrows to go from one image to the other doesn’t show when Icegram plugin is enable.

    Hello!
    Now I did the new update to 3.0.1 and I’m still facing the same issue on the DIVI Images Gallery.
    Temporary Login is still open for 17 days remaining.
    Can you tell me if your working on the issue?

    Hi @maldorox,

    Your icegram campaign titled as CTA – Calculateur de volume – TOAST is targeted on that page and so there is some conflict between the two functionalities. We have looked into it but the cause is not yet clear.
    Currently, I would suggest you to remove the campaign from that page (from the target rules) and update the campaign.

    Hello!
    Thanks for your reply. Now I removed the campaign from this page and it resolved the issue.
    If you ever find the way to resolve the conflict between the two functionalities it would be great. I could then enable this CTA – TOAST on this page also.
    Anyhow this is a progress.
