Icegram: Campaign and Message translation not working with WPML

  • Hello,

    We have set up the icegram popup campaign on our website where the WPML is installed.

    We have configured all the translation options of WPML to translate the Icegram campaign and message, but the transition is not working.

    When we update the content of any language, the content is updated for both languages.

    Plugins version that we have used:
    WPML Multilingual CMS Version: 4.5.5
    Icegram version: 2.1.4 and 2.1.5

    Could you please check this document which will guide you about showing messages in different languages with Icegram and WPML and let us know if the above steps work for you or not?

    @asmipatel – We are already following that configuration.

    We have found that when we are accessing the site as a logged-in user then the campaign is translated into both languages.

    but when we are accessing the site as a non-logged-in user then the popup is showing the default language content only.

    Please fix it ASAP.
