ICal not working for sharing in Outlook

ICal not working for sharing in Outlook with a group of people. Is there a way to share the ICal so that multiple approved people can see the appointments and have it in real time so that when a new appointment is made it updates the calendar.

I can to this by going to each computer for each user and add the internet calendar with the url of the Ical. This is time consuming and users can screw it up quick!

Please let me know if you have any workaround ways to make the ICal Viewable in real-time in a shared calendar?
