ical not importing into calendars

    Hi gang,

    it seems that some people can add calendars but for others it comes up with an error message. im looking for some suggestions as to why this might be occuring.

    Also i can import the calendar to google and ical but not to outlook.

    *Very* difficult to troubleshoot errors that are described as “some people can, and some people can’t do something”.
    It’s just not enough information. The file is being downloaded and used by people with differing technical experience, on multiple devices, etc, etc, etc.

    You will need to try to emulate the behaviour to try to get your own error message, or I would recommend adding a submittable form on your fixtures page and ask user for any specific error messages.

    FYI, that I was able to add to Outlook, and to Google over iCal no problem.
