Ical export does not respect parameters

I can see you’ve referenced our demo site for testing the Advanced iCal Export v2 (extension) functionality. — I don’t think we have that extension installed on the demo site but, I have tested it in my testing environment running only The Events Calendar and the twenty-twenty theme, and it is working there (details below).
