I have both google calendar button and ‘ical’ link
can I change ‘ical’ to ‘save dates’

can I have the same function of ical? which means all the dates can be export to any calendar, just like the above single event.

This should work for changing the wording of the iCal link:

<a href="#_EVENTICALURL">Save Dates</a>

A general iCal link should be available via /events/events.ics.

You can just do something like this:

Depending on the structure of your site you may need use the full domain name in the link.
