i18n by breadcrumb and Recommended Sites don't work properly

Example:

https://www.gdworldonline.com/en/

breadcrumb and Recommended Sites have always the german content and not the english content.

Sommer-Flugplan 13 (https://www.gdworldonline.com/sommerflugplan-2013/) instead of Summer-Flightplan 2013 (https://www.gdworldonline.com/en/sommerflugplan-2013/)

All other i18n Staff works for the other elements sites, posts, menü…

Can me someone help to solve this Issue?
