    Correction: I got a refund. But their email returns when I send it. I apologize for the mistake in the earlier post. Was cleaning out my e-mail and saw where I got the refund on this had forgot. Glad that was only up for an hour or two I quickly corrected my mistake.

    If you go to their homepage, the three links all work. And I’ve been exchanging emails with them for the past several weeks with no problems and they’ve provided great support. Not sure why you’re having those issues. Maybe you had an outdated email address?
