    Hi dan_rich. My thoughts… take em or leave em.

    I’ll give you the good news first. It’s a clean, well-organized site. There’s a nice balance and the information is easy to navigate.

    Now the bad news. I have no idea what it is you’re trying to do with it. Is it an informational site about customer service (that you’re making money on from ad placements)? Or are you selling your own service or goods?

    I think it would benefit you if you had some type of tagline/callout or large text near the logo that quickly explains what you’re all about.

    Hi lorbach, thanks very much for the feedback.

    The main purpose of the site is a numbers directory, you can see them here https://www.customerserviceguru.co.uk/numbers/ theres no real way of making a phone directory particularly interesting, how many articles can you write about phone numbers? So we’ve gone with Customer Service which seems to be working reasonably well so far in terms of visits.
