I wish I could give this ZERO

  • This is shocking. Not only has the import failed to bring over the order data and customer details, but it’s broken my site!

    The navigation is all null and the home page doesn’t exist any more!

    We’ve looked into your case and found that the reason why your data was deleted is because you chose “Clear current data on Target Store” option. When this option is selected, we always display a warning message saying that all current selected entities will be cleared on your Target store. Maybe the message made you confused, we will work on it so that the explanation can be clearer.
