I was using theme my login [forgot-password] short code

I am using theme my login plugin ,i was used this [short code -> forgot password,] users click on forgot password link and put emil id and then reset-password link is generated correctly but how to get only email template instead of plain text for user email inbox received but that is plain text only how to get Email Template? To solve this problem?
but normal i was using myacount/lost-password –i receive correct email template,when i using theme my login plugin [forgot-password]–short code –did not receive email template
