Are you talking about login page?

When you say locked out, how do you mean?

Can you not log into your website? Or can you not edit the page?

ok, what I think will work is if you log into FTP/SFTP and navigate to your sites directory, /plugins, then go to jetpack and rename it to something else. When you try to log in it should work
