I Was Hacked (Podpress)

Hello all, im brazilian and my english is probably the worst you ever seen, but i have to ask for your help and i hope you can help me.

Recently my podpress feed is unreadable on safari and iTunes. I was investigating and find a problem at source code of the XML.

I don′t know how somebody hacked it and inserted the folling code at the end of the file.

If you have any solution for this issue, please help me to fix it.
