I never signed up for services- refund please!

    I had not signed up for jetpack services – yet I was charged…why?
    I hate jetpack, and I do not have the plugin on my site.
    I want a refund immediately.
    I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback.

    We would not have charged you without you first selecting a paid plan and providing your credit card number.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    I did not select a paid personal plan, I had the free plan. My credit card is on file. I removed the plugin last December 2019. I did not care for the service or the issues it was causing.
    Anyway, I figure it out and cancelled the service and requested a refund.

    All is well with the world again. I was not happy I was charged in the first place.

    The matter seems to have resolved itself.
