I was an early adopter… It’s been a game changer.

I can’t believe how hard it’s been to find a plugin that would allow me to integrate Gravity Forms with Infusionsoft. I was an early adopter, and I knew that… but because the options were limited, I took the chance. Initially, it did what we wanted it to, but it also caused some problems. But, the team was excellent about communication, listening to feedback, and updating the plugin. Many of my concerns have been addressed and the plugin is working very well now. It’s been HUGE for us to be able to tag folks based on their responses.

We use it for lead follow up and also to initiate various other tasks within Infusionsoft and also to help us display different content within our website based on responses within the form. So many possible applications. Thank you!
