• I really wanted to like this as I absolutely hate Foo Gallery and all the other ones are so crippled it’s ridiculous.

Turns out I hate this one more than any of them.

The UI/UX is ridiculous. Not just kinda bad – but HORRENDOUS beyond any nightmare. Can’t use images already uploaded to media (forced to upload again).

    Nuked.

    Hi,
We would like to apologize for your negative experience in our product. Your input, and the feedback from all of our users is vitally important to us and we always want users expectations to be met upon using the product.
Per your comments, we want to stress the following points:
? our media uploader service has its advantages: with the help of folder functionality you can group your images by categories and immediately add them to your gallery.
? about UI/UX is is quite individual. Anyway, we will do our best to meet our users expectations.

If you have any further questions please reach us at [email protected].

Regarding the UI/UX – what’s wrong with the default WP UI? There’s nothing “individual” about it. It’s standardized. Most other plugins use it yet you decided that you wanted something original (and quite frankly bizarre).

The UX was by far the #1 reason I nuked it as quick as I did. I found another Gallery plugin that works (and looks) just the way I want and I’ve already upgraded to their Pro version.

How many other sales has your UX cost you? You’ll likely never know.

    Dear User,
We use the Standardized design patterns for UI and simultaneously have applied new design solutions on our side. By the way, as you can recall we did not mention that WP UI is individual, instead we mentioned that in general UI is individual.
Pertaining to the UX, we are always welcome to get feedback from our users and deliver better user experience.
