i want to restore database

  • okay, i want to copy entries in old host to new host. i had to back up database & files.[by phpmyadmin] but the new host hasn’t phpmyadmin. i can’t restore the entries. do you have an idea or plugin for restore them?

    or.. i have a subdomain and 1 sql. can i install phpmyadmin?
