  • Hi! Me, too. I was trying out the plugin, and it didn’t quite accomplish what I needed. Now I have a stuck redirection. If I find a solution, I will post.

Sorry, mine was a caching issue, so I am not sure about yours if uninstalling does not remove it.

i found solution,i you want to know the solution please post here..Thanks

    I do, pls share, ty.

If you look at the bottom of the Redirection plugin’s option page there is an option to delete all redirects and settings and disable the plugin. AFter that you just need to delete the plugin from your inactive plugins page.

I need to remove all of the past logs. wp_redirection_404 is taking up 122mb of my website space and preventing me from creating a staging site in Siteground.

Is it safe if I drop wp_redirection_404 from my database in phpmyadmin to completely remove everything?

Hi, josephjrobison It’s safe..don’t worry..i tried it..BUT First create BACKUP of your DATABASE…
I used this plugin fro many days when i need redirections on my website, after that i removed this plugin by droping it’s table of wp_redirection_404 and then i searched for wp_redirection in my database and remove all other data which is associated with this plugin and my website is running perfectly..BUT DON’T TAKE RISK FIRST BACKUP YOUR DATABASE and then do this..Thanks

Thanks Nazakat, that did work no problem! I just backed up and then dropped that row.

Note to the plugin authors: thanks for the great free plugin, but there needs to be a solution to drastically decrease the footprint on the site once someone removes it as it’s causing a lot of headaches.
