    Hello There

    Have a nice day,

I am using “element” plugin on my website, I edited the website header from the Element plugin. Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce When I activate the “Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce” application, the header of the current theme appears. When I activate “Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce”, I don’t want to change the footer and header.

    How can I solve this?

    Thank You

I want the header and footer not to make any changes when I enable this application.

Since I’m using the Element app, the page should be fully covered

    Hi @gevrek46,

Fluid Checkout allows you to choose to use the checkout page header and footer provided by the plugin itself or that from the theme activated.

By default, when activating Fluid Checkout the header and footer used is that provided by the plugin.

To switch between these two options, go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Fluid Checkout > Advanced, then select the option “Header and Footer”. Please note that using the theme’s site header on the checkout page is an experimental feature, which means some issues are expected to happen when using this option.

When using the theme’s header and footer, the theme itself will be responsible for showing the site header. You’ll probably need to configure the checkout page to use the site header (or none as you described).

    1. Is the site header displayed correctly on the checkout page when Fluid Checkout is deactivated?

    2. Could you confirm which “Element” app you are using? Do you mean Elementor?

    Best,
    Diego

    Hi @gevrek46,

It seems you are using the checkout page template, header, and footer provided by Fluid Checkout.

    1. Could you take a screenshot of the plugin settings in the “Advanced” tab? (WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Fluid Checkout > Advanced)

    2. Could you provide the URL of the checkout page where this is happening?

    Best,
    Diego
