• I use FeedWordPress.

I look for the way to read out thumbnails by using this plugin.

I found a tag enclosure in a post page.

The item shows “?.jpg” so it means some related image from scraped articles.

However I am not sure to use the tag for reading out a thumbnail.

Maybe I think it will be echo get_.........

If someone knows that, could you please teach me here?

  • Hello yakisoba,
yes this field will be filled with the url of the image, if found.
You may use this field for the Nexscripts plugin to feed twitter.
With Magic Thumbnails plugin the image will be set and used as a featured image and stores the image at your hosting. Copyright Alert !
With Content Views (pro) plugin you may show the image from the linked source or from the hosting in case this has been stored. Copyright alert !
As you see I remarked two times Copyright Alert and this is not clear whether and when copyright infringement is the case and a topic of discussion.
In my opinion, when the image not has been stored at the hosting of the website which shows the image with an embedded hyperlink to the source, there is no conflict with copyright and no infringement.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Is your recommended plugin this?

If so, I’m afraid it isn’t the information I need….

I want to generate a thumbnail from the article FeedWordPress got by utilising the tag enclosure.
