    Wordpress version 6.0.3
    SupportCandy 3.0.8

    I need to create tickets without the subject field in the form OR to translate the default text “not applicable” via WPML. If I leave the default text for the subject field blank there is an error [Object object] if a new ticket is created if I don’t modify the code in class-wpsc-df-subject.php manually.

    Is there a way to achieve one of it?

    Hello There,

    You can’t leave the subject field blank. But you can replace the default value “Not Applicable” with any translated word that you want.

    Suppose you want to use french language, then use “N’est pas applicable” at the Dashboard > Support > Custom Fields > Ticket Fields > Subject > Edit > Default Value.

    Unfortunately I need this not only in one language, but translatable with the language switch from WPML, like both “N’est pas applicable” AND “not appicable”. But the string doesn’t seem to be made translatable. So if I understand it right, this is also not possible?
