I want to know the url of the page the form was submitted from

first of all thanks for the plugin, it is getting continuously better!

Some time ago (I can not remeber the version exactly), we were able to know the url where the form was submitted from. I am currently using one defined form in many pages and I want to know from what page the user has submitted the form.

Is there a way without going to deep into the code for getting this information in the email or in the form submission data?
