I want to have pages with posts of single category. is there any plugin?

You don’t need a plugin for this. Your “single category in a page” page is automatic. For example, the “abc” category will show up at <your-site-address>/category/abc. Create a category template to control the posts per page element or hook into pre_get_posts to conditionally alter the main query.
