I want to give direction from entered location to store

By default a directions link should show up in the search results for each location, this is not the case?

Yes by default directions is working when we use [wpsl] shortcode,

but when I am using [wpsl_map] shortcode for showing multiple stores on the map it’s not working.

Ah yeah, this requires you to create a custom template, and in the template include the directions link.
