    I urge you not to buy this plugin.

    There is no support what so ever. I do not mean to say the support is bad, or slow or not helpful. There is NO ONE there. After buying this plugin I found out about the following critical issue:
    1. There is no RTL support.
    2. There is no support for non-latin languages, you can’t type anything in a none Latin language as the Regex doesn’t support them.
    3. You can’t set the email to which you want to receive the customer’s question to, whatever you do, you will get an email to three different emails (it’s a long story) for each customer question.

    I tried using the support form on their website several times.
    I received an automated email from a “Rechal Cutinha”, which is their customer experience manager, expressing concern about how I’m doing with integrating the plugin, I tried replying to it, but no response.

    No one is home there, only the automated email campaigns work.

    STAY AWAY!

    Could you please post your support ticket number?

    To address your concerns:
    1. The plugin is localization ready and it supports RTL. A few of our users have translated it to RTL languages.
    2. We’re certain that the plugin supports non-latin languages because we have customers using the plugin in Hebrew and Arabic.
    3. The emails are sent based on the configuration of the plugin, if you have not specified any email addresses in the ‘Recipient Email’ setting, the emails will be sent only to the admin (and the product owner, if different).

    Yes, we sent the necessary details and solution to balvan64 and are working on the other requests made by him. These will be delivered in the future updates of the pro version of the plugin.

    We had an issue with the ticketing system and hence our responses to balvan64 were not delivered. Once we rectified the issue, we were able to get back to him.

    Hi,
    My issues were not dealt with, and I discovered more.
    I managed to fix the REGEX myself, but the developers won’t (so far) incorporate the fix into their own versions. That means I have to reapply the fix manually after every update. They have also sent me a code snippet to use to control the useless and unnecessary emails they send without asking, and I have to do that on every version update too.

    Two new issues I’ve discovered:
    1. Updates won’t work, I get this message: Update Failed: Plugin update failed.
    2. They keep a huge changelog that takes up all of your plugins page, so you can’t see any other plugin you have after theirs.

    Since the update won’t work I tried downloading the files with the link I got when I purchased the pro version and I get: “You do not have permission to download this file”

    Just great….

    Dealing with this plugin takes up so much of my time, why does it have to be this way??

    Hi balvan64,

    We believe that the issue with the update has been resolved and other requirements will be added to a future update of the Product Enquiry Pro plugin.
