I want to eliminate the scroll function on tabs

  • I am hoping you can help me with something. I want to eliminate the feature that scrolls the page down to where the tabset occurs when accessing a specific tab from a menu so that going to a page with the tabset opens the specified tab but remains at the top of the page. Thanks!
