I want to discontinue my startup plan

    I want to stop using searchiq startup plan. I have deleted my website from searchiq dashboard.
    How do I ensure it is completely disabled.

    Please note, after I deleted my website from dashboard I cannot see my profile, my billing info. Your interface simply takes me to this screen – https://pub.searchiq.co/puser/welcome.html

    reason for cancellation – my website is no longer operational. But I liked your service, it was best in the given price range.
