I want to delete log automatically

    I want to delete logs automatically but, even if I turned the voice “Cleanup by Time” on, it seems doesn’t affect my log list and i still see emails sent on January (2 months ago). Can you help me to understand how can i do it?

    Hi @lucalotto,

    Thanks for reaching out! We’ve tested the “Cleanup by Time” feature on our end. For example, if you enable this feature and set it to a specific number of days (e.g., 30), it will delete all logs that are older than 30 days from the time you enabled the feature.

    Could you please check your error logs to see if there’s anything related to the WP Mail Logging plugin? You can also request your web hosting provider to check the logs for you.

    Additionally, please ensure that you’re using the latest version of the WP Mail Logging plugin on your site. If not, please update to the latest version and retest.
