I want to create a sticky call to action, need help [ example inside ]

I’m trying to recreate the sticky CTA in the bottom that says

“Click & Save Event”

I inspected the page to see the code and it goes like this

Does that sound right to you guys?

Where would i put this code and am i missing anything
