I want to create a new conditional menu but conditions options are not showing

  • Condition menu is working fine for the settings I have done already but now I want to add more conditions to the existing menu and also I want to create a new conditional menu but the options are not showing/displaying.

    Hi,

    Please post a screenshot of the options panel where the options are not showing, so we can see what you’re referring to.

    PS. How I see you are using a Custom Menu or your Theme has a Custom menu, unfortunately the Conditional Menus can not work on custom menus / menus built with page-builders.

    Please deactivate your third-party plugins, re-test and if the issue still persists / the Conditional Options are not working / showing, please contact us via email at [email protected].

    I have a lot of third-party plugins so if you can help me identify which exactly is creating the issue I can remove that one.

    Please deactivate all of them, then activate them one-by-one to see which one is causing the issue.
