    I want to create a checkbox the message is: Hello. I want to create a checkbox for the contact us form. Can I add options fields?

    Hello @amirzia,

    When creating a contact us form, add a checkbox from the “add form field”, then click on the edit icon on the added checkbox line and add a few options for the checkbox in the window that opens on the left.
