I want to create a Blog Page.

    I have a live website that I built using the Tempera Theme and I want to add a “Blog Page” but when I go to the Dashboard and select Settings,-Reading Settings I want the Post Page to be the page titled Blog Page and not the Front Page, but the select dropdown for Post page option is not allowed unless I change the Front Page to a Static Page, but if I do that I lose the Theme on the Front Page. How can I keep the theme for the Front Page and also have a separate Blog Page? Is there a Plugin for this?

    I am not familiar with the Tempera theme directly, but in many themes you can create a page and select a “Blog” template from the Page Attributes menu (on the right side of the page). Is this an option?
