I want to change Form test

Thanks for using Educare.

If you want to change the default field Reg No to UID in Educare then follow the steps below:

1. Goto Dashboard > Educare > Settings > Default Fields
2. Here you can see all default fields of Educare. Here you type to modify your specific field.
3. After that click save.
4. Done!

But for now, You can solve this using custom search form

For customize search form (hook):
