I want to change “Dear First Name” on the top of email

    Hi,

    Your plugin is great.

    But in Japan, it is very un-natural (odd) to use first name.

    So, I want to use Last name instead of first name on the top of email.

    How can I change it?

    and how can I chanage the subject of email?

    Yes, click on the customize options on the main menu to customize the emails content and the tracking info widget.

    what do you mean? your costomized option is limited to customize.

    You need to click on the “Customize” in the main menu under the shipment tracking settings and it will open a customizer with a live preview to edit the custom status (partially shipped) the Completed email is the default email by WooCommerce and we only add the tracking widget to it so you can customize the texts from WooCommerce emails settings or with email customizer plugin. In the Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro, we also offer to customize the WooCommerce Completed order Email.

    I found it does not work “tracking number place” on above.

    so, I set it on below order detail and then, it works completely.

    So it might be issue with your email template that miss the before order details hook.
