I want to add text in Drop files option

For adding or changing text, we generally suggest using a translation plugin, such as Loco Translate.

You dont understand me!

There is no need of translation or whatever!

I need-
1. Restrict upload image pixel under 300*300
2. Add this as text there “Drop a file above 300*300”
