I want to add custom menu to my breadcrumbs bar

Hello to all;

I am using the Nirvana theme and WordPress 4.4.2.
My site address is: https://www.jewelrelish.com.
On the top & footer navigation bars I have a sign-in and cart buttons and they work fine; however as I add product and the pages get longer there is a lot of scrolling to do to get to either of those. What I want to do is add the sign-in and the cart buttons to the breadcrumbs bar on the right side. What I did was create a menu called shopper and put the menu in the top & footer navigation. How do I get that menu on to the breadcrumbs bar?

Any help and or direction you could give would be greatly appreciated. I did see the post on NavXT, not sure if that will help, I already have breadcrumbs, just want to add to it.
