Hi there,
when you create a new page, the system automatically asks you if you want to start from one of the prebuilt templates. Each of them comes with texts and images. All the content is editable page by page and pattern by pattern. So you can just click on one of the images and use the ‘Replace’ button hovering it.
If I’m missing something in my answer… please reply here with a screenshot of what you need to do and achieve. This way I can give you the best help.
