I want assigned users to see just one custom Post type not all

Hello,

It will be great if you could please help me out with this.

I want a particular set of users to be able to edit, use and see only one custom post type and not all. However currently the are not able to edit all other custom posts but are able to see and post a new one for review.

Can it be possible if there is just one custom post type visible in the dashboard (for which we have assigned edit capabilities) and not all, since they are not able to post or edit anything on their own, we do not want them to have them in the dashboard anyway.

Can you please suggest something.
