It sounds like you may have a couple issues going on here – let me see if we can handle each issues separately.1 – Activating and Deactivating Plugin- it sounds like you encountered an issue when you activated and then de-activated the TikTok for WooCommerce Plugin and attempted to go through setup again. In versions V1.0.4 or later there was a bug that caused issues with re-connecting the Pixel or Catalog after de-activating and re-connecting the Plugin. In V1.0.5 we released a fix that will allow you to de-activate and re-activate without these issues. However, if a Pixel or Catalog are still not available for connection during the Setup process you will need to contact our support team to disconnect these assets.
2 – Pixel not Collecting Events – If your Pixel is not collecting events it may be caused by de-activation of the Plugin. On de-activation the TikTok Plugin is removed from your website and it will no longer receive events.
